Mr. Jatuphon traveled to Taiwan to gain more knowledge relating to tea and made acquaintance with many tea experts
Mr. Jatuphon started to expand the tea market from local to domestic all over Thailand and other countries, China, Taiwan, and French.
Mr. Jatuphon and his brother, Mr. Jumroen, founded the company called “Bai Cha Chok Jom Lern”. Chok Jum Lern came from their names which are translated from Chinese.
They decided to build one of the biggest Tea factory naming “Bai-Cha-Chok-Jam-Rern Factory”. Therefore, they invited tea experts from Taiwan and China to work at the factory in order to operate the procession of tea quality via concerning the positive feedbacks to the company.
Mr. Jatuphon created a new brand called “Emerald Thai Tea” which is also well-known across Thailand and many other countries at the present.
Mr. Jatuphon saw the increase of the demand of Oolong tea. From that, he founded “Jatuphon Thai Tea” which covered all customer’s demand from different types of tea in the market.
From the year of 2007 to 2015, the company’s goal is to improve the tea plantation and to make Doi Mae Salong, Chiang Rai to be the only authentic Oolong tea plantation. In order to expand even wider of tea market, Mr. Jatuphon then created the brand called “Jatuphon Thai Tea(Doi Mae Sa Long)” to ensure that tea from Doi Mae Salong is the only best tea resource in Thailand.
Meaning of the brand logo: Tea leaves which have Lai Kanok, The symbol of Thai art, shape showing the sharpness and the unique quality of Thai tea leaves.

1.In the morning when the sun starting to rise, we collect tea leaves with dews on it. 2.Within 30 mins, we sent those collected tea leaves straight into the factory to prevent from being wither and getting bruises. 3.We choose only the top leaves and rest them in the soft sun to increase the tea flavour. 4.Put all the tea leaves in the cooling room with a stable temperature to increase the smell and flavour. 5.We roast the tea leaves and check its cleanness from bacteria. 6.After that, we take all the top leaves and thresh them. Then put them into the oven with a preferable temperature to maintain its quality. 7.Our products gives the customer the highest and purest quality from our standard meaning that our product has its own unique smell and flavour. 8.We categorise all the tea leaves into different classes and pack them with a secure process to ensure the cleanness and safety for our customers.
